How We Started

A decade of industry experience behind every decision

Our company history goes back to the middle of the 2010s, when our director, Vic Johnston, took on responsibility for the systems at a childcare voucher provider — a company that went on to offer a number of other benefits, including the Workplace Nursery Scheme.

Having become a director of that company and been involved for more than a decade, Vic recognised the opportunity to offer this incredible benefit to a wider audience of employers and employees.

The vision was to create a more scalable, quicker and more automated system that would allow employees to self-serve the savings available from this scheme — using current technology to provide enhanced security, a faster and slicker interface, and tools that let employers oversee the scheme with very little input and simply watch the savings grow for both the company and their people.
