Referrers — How Does It Work?
Earn an ongoing 10% fee for every business you introduce to us
10% of our management fee — for the lifetime of every agreement
For suitable organisations we are happy to work with, we offer a referral fee of 10% of our management fee for every business introduced to us. To put that in real terms: if a partner firm introduces six businesses to us, each with 100 employees and a 5% take-up rate on our benefit, that generates 30 active agreements. The referrer earns 10% of our fee across all 30 of those agreements.
Crucially, this is not a one-off payment. The referral fee is ongoing for the lifetime of those agreements. As long as those six companies run their schemes year after year, the referral fee continues to be paid.

We work with trusted professional introducers
We typically partner with UK-based organisations that share our outlook — companies that genuinely want to help other businesses. This includes financial advisors, established accountancy practices, and professional introducers who work closely with companies to understand their needs and help create beneficial partnerships for mutual gain.
As you would expect, any referrer we work with would need to be able to pass Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks. Referrers would typically invoice us quarterly for the fees that are due.
Full visibility of everything you are owed
We give every referrer access to an online portal that shows all of the companies you have introduced, together with invoice details, dates, payment amounts, and transaction history. You can verify this information with the introduced company should you wish — all without us sharing any personal details of employees or the children that invoices and agreements relate to.
Transparency is important to us. You should always know exactly what is due to be paid and why.
Quarterly payments — made on a fixed schedule
Payments are made in arrears to allow for any credit notes or late payments to be fully processed, ensuring you always receive an accurate figure.
No maximum — we have seen referrers earn significant five-figure sums
There is no upper limit on what you can earn as a referrer. We have seen partners earning significant five-figure sums annually from their introductions. The more you succeed as a referrer, the more we succeed as a business — so we are every bit as invested in your success as you are.
Simply make the introduction — we do everything else
Your role as a referrer is straightforward. You start the relationship between Feel The Benefit and the company you introduce — and then we take care of everything from that point forward. Once that partnership is in place, all the ongoing work rests with us.
To be completely clear: you act as the introducer, that is it. You can sit back and earn your referral fee without any ongoing effort on your part. We take care of the client to ensure they get everything they need from the scheme.
Not a professional introducer? Earn a £50 gift card for a personal referral
For users already on our platform — whether you are a nursery, an employer, or a parent — we also offer a £50 introduction payment for personal referrals. This is a simple, one-off payment for introducing a parent who is not already part of a company on our system.
The £50 is paid out as a high street gift card or an Amazon gift card — your choice. We have a very simple online form to capture the referral and get things moving.
