## How the scheme works
1. Employer registers with Feel The Benefit (free)
2. Feel The Benefit partners with a local nursery on behalf of the employer
3. Employees pay nursery fees via salary sacrifice — reducing their gross pay
4. The salary sacrifice reduces the employee's Income Tax and National Insurance
5. The reduction in gross pay also reduces the employer's Employer NI liability
6. There is no cap on the tax-free benefit amount (unlike the old employer-supported childcare vouchers)
